Pipe Spear
This dangerous bent pipe is on the corner of Forrest Hill and University in Peoria, IL. It is pointed at an angle toward the sidewalk. If someone was walking down the sidewalk, toward War Memorial and not paying attention, perhaps at night, or drunk, it could result in serious harm. It is a bad accident waiting to happen, yet it has been there for years.

Somebody bent the Pipe Spear down closer to the ground. So now it will only injure your ankle.
